For adventurous divers looking for a thrill, Passe St Jacques is a legendary drift dive and one of Mauritius’ most exciting sites. Known for its strong currents and rich pelagic life, it offers the chance to encounter stingrays and, with a bit of luck, sharks that occasionally still pass through.

This site is only recommended for experienced divers due to the conditions. It’s an unforgettable experience and one of the most talked-about dives in the region.

• Minimum Age: 15 years old
• Prerequisites: PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent)

Availability: Offered on a private basis only
